I-Logs uses OVH datacenters to operate its cloud hosting offering.
Here is the description of the impact of this disaster on our services:
-
All our hosting services are located in the datacenter of Roubaix (RBX). Consequently, all the servers are running fine and are not impacted by the disaster.
-
Backups were hosted on servers in the Strasbourg Datacenter. Unfortunatly, these servers are no longuer available. Consequently, we no longuer have backup files, nor do we have operanting backup services. It is impossible for us to perform recovery operations because of this loss.
Our team is working hard since early this morning to setup new backup services. We plan the backup process to be fully operational in the next 24 to 48 hours.
The support team remain available should you have any question.
Yours sincerely,
